Before co-founding Resonance, Trisha was a partner for a large Atlantic Canadian law firm. She appeared as counsel at all levels of the Courts of New Brunswick and in front of various administrative bodies, representing her clients on a wide variety of issues, with specialization in Employment and Labour, Administrative Law, Governance, Self-Regulated Professions and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Trisha believes strongly in the importance of collaborative decision making. She is dedicated to teaching organizations how to proactively plan to avoid future legal issues and to create a harmonious work environment.
Trisha understands the value of deliberate, mindful workplace design.
