Alyson Townsend

Alyson is a proven leader. Her results-oriented, ethical approach led to the growth and success of a national industry association and advocacy group for small and medium sized telecommunications and broadband companies, that she co-founded in 1994.

Under her leadership, nationwide membership grew from 45 companies to nearly 120, servicing approximately 700,000 Canadians. As CEO, good governance was an everyday part of her strategic thinking on behalf of the organization.

Before that, Alyson worked as a litigator for almost 10 years, appearing at all levels of the Courts of New Brunswick, representing her clients on a wide variety of issues.

Alyson knows that happy employees create a productive work environment.
